We greatly enjoyed this nice central hotel. The courteous staff helped us during our visit. The room was spacious and had a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was fine with plenty of products. The location was great and lovely - just a 5-minute walk from Costanera Center.

The hotel had a beautiful design and the staff was very attentive. The location was ideal, with easy access to the subway and plenty of nearby restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast spread was fantastic. We also appreciated the real mini-bar in the room, which is becoming rare these days.
We experienced constant noise, possibly from the restaurant kitchen exhaust system, which was disruptive. The wifi was not reliable and could definitely use improvement.

The localization is very good close to the subway station and good restaurants and coffee stores. The services was very good and the reception desk and employees was very kind. The breakfast was good and they clean it and change the sheets every day.

We have no complaints about this Hotel I would recomend it to anyone that needs a nice home away from home, Maybe they should change the breakfast menu every now & then.
